The first package arrived and everything was great, except the phone was missing; the vendor mentioned that phones are shipped separately. After a long wait, I received a tracking number, but the shipment hasn't actually been sent—only the tracking label has been created. Quite a bit of time has passed, and I’m not getting a response, even though they claimed I’d get a refund if the phone didn't arrive. Trusting them and not worrying too much, I placed another order; the status changed to "shipped" the day after payment. Now I'm waiting for a reply and seeing how this order plays out...

W dzisiejszej opini o Black będzie to że jest to najlepszy sklep pod względem szybkości i jakości produktu bo te produkty są kozackie i najlepszej jakości!!!

I’m waiting for my item; I paid one day, and the next day it showed as "shipped"—but is it really? There’s been absolutely no communication between me and the supplier.

I’m having trouble with them. I placed an initial order a month ago; at first, they blamed the courier service, and then they sent me a tracking number that turned out to be fake. Communication has been poor: they keep making excuses—claiming the person handling messages is on vacation and promising a solution that same day—yet I haven't heard back from them. Even so, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping they act honestly and offer a solution, as it is incredibly frustrating to try a new supplier only to face a situation like this. I hope these are just internal issues and that they resolve the problem.
