Before then every time was fine so I hope I’m mistaken, but I don’t even know if you have the products I ordered in stock now you’ve taken as long as you have.

W tej chwili nie jestem pewien, czy wierzę w wasze twierdzenie, że jesteście ostatnim sklepem, w którym można kogoś oszukać. Czyny mówią głośniej niż słowa.

Wcześniej zawsze było dobrze, więc mam nadzieję, że się mylę, ale nie wiem nawet, czy macie zamówione przeze mnie produkty w magazynie, skoro czekaliście tak długo.

Spokojnie wszystko się wyjaśni. Ja nie raz u nich zamawiałem i nie było problemów.

It's always been good before, so I hope I'm wrong, but I don't even know if you have the products I ordered in stock since you waited so long.

Don't worry, everything will work out. I've ordered from them many times and had no problems.

Me neither, until now they’ve been good as gold.

The thing is it was a relatively large order (well 2) and I think they sent it out to the wrong person, because I received a comparatively small amount of NEP and nothing else. I think they might have combined both of my orders into one and sent it with the wrong postage label. With such a long time of radio silence I can’t help but suspect they are trying to wait it out and make me take the L for their mistake.

I hope you’re right, if I get a satisfactory conclusion I’ll make sure to write it here. I sent another email a few days ago and still nothing, but I’ll keep waiting for now. It’s a pity (aside from possible big loss on the order and not getting to be banned products) because I would like to keep ordering from them, especially things like lysergamides, tryptamines and benzos.

ashtorq, Napisz jeszcze raz grzecznie, ale zawsze, ale to zawsze nagrywajcie otwieranie paczki, bo inaczej później ciężko zweryfikować że dany user mówi prawdę. Nie mówie o Tobie, ale popatrz się ile osób może stosować taki zabieg, że niby nie dostali to co zamawiali.

ashtorq, Please write again politely, but always, always record the opening of the package, otherwise it's difficult to verify later that the user is telling the truth. I'm not talking about you, but look how many people can resort to this tactic to pretend they didn't receive what they ordered.

Thanks for the tip, I will in the future but the internal package clearly had another persons name on it and I told them this and what the name was, they will know that persons order, I also offered to photograph the NEP packet I received but they didn’t respond since and now it’s all gone.

At first I thought they were genuine and would sort it out but now I think they are trying to scam me and until I see proof otherwise or effort to communicate and come to a resolution then all I can see is I’m sadly being proven right.
