Witam wszystkich, czy ktoś miał problem z komunikacją po zamówieniu?

Ja ostatni gołąb jakoś 3 tygodnie temu od nich dostałem i wtedy nie było problemów.

Žádný problém. Zahraniční zásilky dorazí. Ale pokud vás to rozčiluje, protože jste do toho investovali, mějte na paměti, že to nejsou rohlíky z pekárny.

W każdym biznesie zdarzają się pomyłki i niedopatrzenia, zawsze jest szansa że ci nie wyślą np rowerka bo ktoś kliknie nie to co trzeba bo ma dziesiątki zamówień jednak poziom sprzedawców na tym forum jest na tyle wysoki, że nie ma podstaw do emocjonowania się nadmiernie, wystarczy trochę cierpliwości i dobrze jest zamawiać, w miarę możliwości, z większym wyprzedzeniem.
Jak dla mnie to jest kolosalny przeskok na plus w porównaniu do ogarniania tematu na mieście przez 2/3 dnia i ryzykowania wpadką...

Witam,czy jakikolwiek komentarz zostanie przez moderatora zaakceptowany? Spice Man napisał, że od dwóch tygodni nie ma kontaktu ,ja również nie mogę otrzymać odpowiedzi od jakiegoś czasu.

Patience is no problem but ordered 2 weeks ago, send an email and the website keeps saying processing order and no answer on my emails…

It worries me that there is no communication while the last 2 years there were no problems and shipment within 7 days…

With the new minimum order value it is serious money which is invested in the products…
