Are orders to US tracked?

First time customer, paid with crypto and got a Mail with Status "processing" 2hrs later. Ordered with tracking, i'll report back if something happens. Bad or good :>

Question: inside their Email, it's written i should ask for tracking via Email. Is this the only way to get tracking or will the carrier send me tracking Status by Email anyway?
