My experience (cca one month back), I ordered, after like two days order has been put into "processing" state, haven't heard from them for 7-10 days, then one day prior delivery the delivery service sent me message package is about to come, correct mag arrived + few extra samples. Saw several people with similar experience here. Weird and long process, but it gets through.

Added in 1 hour 40 minutes 32 seconds:
If you haven't ordered anything I suggest you to wait until new discount codes are released, its usually 25%, so it can be a significant sum and you can order more items. When the codes get released you also have confirmed that they are active at the moment. Last codes expired 2 days ago and were released around 20th September.

yo sigo esperando d spués de más de 3 meses del pago del pedido y de múltiples correos reclamando una respuesta o algo de interés en solucionar mis situación . inisito en que en mi caso se han quedado con el dinero y ni responden los correos. a parte que cuando expongo la situación bastantes mensajes no se me publican y no entiendo porqué porque solo hago que avisar a otros usuarios que s epueden encontrar en las mismas. Hice el pedido bienm, el pago bien, una vez hecho y pagado me dicen que no hay stock de mi producto y que escoja otro. escojo otro y ya nunca más nadie dijo nada. rogaría al moderador de este foro si pudiera ayudarme en algo para solucionar mi situación con esta tienda. seguiré enviando mensajes, vorreos,... hasta solucionarlo y se que puedo ser muy pesado. no es justo que pagues por alo y se queden con tu dinero. espero que este mensaje se publique ya que solo expongo una situación del todo injusta que no quiero que nadie de este foro sufra y por eso la explico

I read the previous messages and I can't help but wonder about the recommendation to negotiate again, that I will have a 25% discount. You can't be serious!
I have the same experience as several people here - ordered 3 months ago, payment went through OK, shipment went to "shipped" status and I have not received a tracking number and no goods at all. A month ago, the store wrote me a message asking if I really did not received the tracking number and that they don't understand where the problem arose. And since then, silence - they do not respond to messages, the package did not arrive. I am beyond angry that they literally stole my money! I will keep sending them messages, maybe they will send it eventually, but I have already lost hope.
They are simply frauds (or are they so out of control that they are no longer in control of their business and behavior??)!
The fact that they send the goods to someone and not to someone is that it is simply a so-called "selective scammer", it is a strategy where they create the impression of a functioning store and thus still lure some trusting people to buy from them.
Such a store should not be in the list of any "guaranteed" suppliers at all. I actually bought from them because they advertise on this forum, which I thought was some guarantee of reliability. It's really not like that - it's a total SCAM! They should be ashamed!
