Niestety dalej nic się nie ruszyło w sprawie mojego zamówienia YOGNZYDKN zamówionego piątego kwietnia (100 dni temu). Po ponad 2 miesiącach bezskutecznych prób skontaktowania się ze sklepem dostałem 10 czerwca odpowiedź emailem że przepraszają że nie wysłali zamówienia ponieważ zabrakło im jednego produktu i na co mogą go zamienić. Od tego czasu wysłałem wiele maili z odpowiedzią na co mogą zamienić brakujący produkt. Na oba adresy email, niestety odpowiedzi brak. Żadna paczka nie jest też nadana na email czy numer telefonu. Próby kontaktu ze sklepem są bezskuteczne

Niestety w sprawie mojego zamówienia YOGNZYDKN dalej nic się nie ruszyło. A próby kontakty mailowe z ChemCasino, jak były tak dalej są bezskuteczne.

Właśnie teraz nie wiem czy zamawiać ostatnio było że Brak 6CL , a teraz już nie ma napisane że brak w magazynie .

No ode mnie poszło kolejne zamówienie po tym jak strona wstała, ale trochę słabo, że nie ma info od vendora, czy wszystko już jest w porządku.

I first heard about dopek March. I was not a member yet but I browsed the forum and found the trusted shops/partners section. I went through the shops and immediately I liked ChemCasino, they had great prices and a good selection. I didn't bother with a small test order and took the plunge immediately. This was back in March. I paid for my order and the status of my first order was changed to shipped. But I never received a tracking number and the order was never shipped by the shop. I started sending numerous emails. Yesterday I gave it a final try. I finally received an email back saying one of the two items was out of stock. They offered me to send me double the amount of the first item but this would be enough to last me two life times.
Since yesterday I must admit I have sent ChemCasino, numerous emails but I finally decided to send them a final email with an order number (KPFQAQZRC) of the new order I had made on their site. In order to ensure that I am fair even though I have been waiting for months I kept the original item that was still in stock in the same quantity and just chose new items for the item that has gone out of stock. The total worth of the order is identical to the one placed in March, down to the cent. I think I cannot be more fair than this. I just want my money's worth. I am not asking for any freebies even though I have been waiting for my order for months. I hope ChemCasino, will keep their word and ship my new order (KPFQAQZRC) after the weekend as promised. I hope they don't let me down again. I will keep you guys updated and when I receive my package I will surely post a positive review if the quality is good. Thank you for reading.
