I tried Bolek's NEP a couple of times. The ROA was insufflated no more than 60 mg split in 3 lines. There's a couple good sized cristals, but it's mostly in powder form. The effects for me are something between coke and speed, the initial rush is very coke like that lasts 30ish minutes and the latter part of the experience is a good mild and clean stimulation. Keep in mind that I have ADHD and I find it very relaxing and it keeps my thoughts in check. I personally love it, and would rate it a 9.5/10.
