How you crush crystals ?
Let me share my secrets.
I utilize a small metal container (10x6x1.5 cm approx) normally used for packaging multivitamins or sweets (those are rare nowdays), and use it for crushing as well as transportation. For such a small box, I just divide a harder card (thanks, vendors!) in thirds.
The rest is obvious: whenever I need a sniff, I just get my box, lightly crush the material (if needed) and make myself a nice line.
I considered some experiments such as reinforcing the bottom of the box and surrounding edges with a thin layer of lead-free soldering tin, but I don’t have time for that now.
