To answer your question:

Your "rocket" has been labeled and put in their system, its gonna be delivered to you as soon as they deliver it to the nearest sorting center, from my experience it can be even 2-3 days, and then its on its way. The tracking sometimes doesn't update for a few days, so that could be the case also.

Don't worry, as long as you have your tracking all is up to the courier now,
and its on its way to your lab

They dont work on weekends so you just simply have to wait few days, the status should be updated soon.

No point of e-mailing the vendor as he will tell you the same thing,
so just patiently wait and keep checking the status.

Let us know how you get on, people are generally happy with this vendors deliveries, it shouldn't take too long - about 4-10 working days, generally within a week.

Let us know when you get it, but again - no dates or other specifics.

Wszystko doleciało zgodnie z zamówieniem. Odczynniki jak najbardziej aktywne. Czas realizacji miał wyjątkowe tempo, wręcz błyskawiczne jak na owe czasy.

I understand your frustration, I had some issues with my first ever order from them,
it took 14 days and arrived at the wrong address.
Those things happen sometimes, they are very busy and sometimes make mistakes or processing times get longer, but its for safety reasons, better to get your order a bit later than never.

Just pop them an e-mail, but they will probably not reply until Monday,
and your tracking could be active again, so maybe wait till Tuesday if it doesnt change.

They have send me a reship of my first order and I added some more items onto it.
I had to explain the situation, but everything went according to the plan and it arrived quickly.

So do not worry too much I was sober for a month haha, it will do you good in the long term

I sincerely wish you to receive it as soon as possible.
From the point of the courier picking up the package it usually is very fast.
