I don't know if you have access to free injection equipment in specialized centers in Poland? Here in France we have an association which sends us injection or other equipment by parcel free of charge, with spinning top filters which filter out all bacteria and fungi, if you do not have access to equipment like that you can use cotton to filter but it is less recommended
