I emailed you new address twice and the email bounced. I've been waiting on an order almost 2 months. I hope you can send a part of what I ordered with tracking to new address. Can we work this out?

Co z tego że przekracza 250 USD jak oba zamówienia były wysłane bez opcji śledzenia, nie możemy potwierdzić czy doleciały lub nie, czy zostały zgubione, skradzione, przejęte przez służby.

Z tych powodów nie wysyłamy ponownie paczek wysłanych bez opcji śledzenia.
Napisz na maila contact@chem-casino.com i sprawdzimy co zamówiłeś i czy możemy coś z tego wysłać ponownie.

Ale skoro dwa zamówienia nie doleciały to może warto podać nam inny adres jeśli masz taką możliwość, wtedy ponowna wysyłka ma większą szansę na sukces.

Message sent. I understand what you are saying, that's why I asked for a complimentary tracking upgrade on my most recent order but fell on deaf ears. It's just a shitty situation, just want to try to figure this out. I am easy to compromise with.

No tracking, what email are you referring to? I've emailed the "contact" email address listed on the website a dozen times already. I won't be ordering from this vendor again.

Are you from USA? So it's lost or customs, you was not lucky.
Sometimes it happens. Track only when order exceed €250

I am in the USA, and it is 2 separate orders, of which I have received neither. Both orders total over $250. I asked for tracking as a courtesy after my first order was lost. The dove has flown almost 6 times and still nothing.

If all you can offer is "unlucky", then there's no logic reason for me to order again. Why would I throw more money away?
