I wanted to give a long term review of me being a customer for many years

I have always receiver good communications via email, even though sometimes there was a small language barrier. However I have always avoided the busiest times when I saw here on Dopek that Preda had many packages to send.

I'm also from Europe so shipping has been good always. I won't go into details, because rules say not to!

I have also appreciated the large amount of different products and very cheap prices
Some products have better and worse products, but when I see that a good a-PHP batch is here, I always get some from predatpr because the price to quality ratio is the best in my opinion.

Overall if I had to rate with start. It would be 4 starts out of 5 (Only because some products sometimes have not so good batches.)

In 2 weeks, 4-CMC, Etizolam, A-PHP, DOC, Hexen, Flualprazolam and some cannabinoids will be banned WORLDWIDE by all 193 countries having joined the United Nations (UNO).

As far as I understand, the bans will not be recommendations and there won't be time for the member states to schedule the substances someday in the future, no, the substances will immediately be banned in all 193 countries.

Would you happen to know if your f-A-PHP may still be sold in November, or if the ban covers analogues as well? From my understanding etizolam will be banned in china in a few that's and the US in January. I was unaware of a-php and the others being banned world wide. Also perhaps I am misunderstanding your link. Its is saying these things will be banned by UN??

dopekuser, u might be right, but for example EU has banned weed many years ago, but u can still buy it all over netherlands. If these rumors would be true, than all the labs and bigger vendors should be selling theses substances immediately, but none of them actually do such thing. I wouldnt take that information for granted if I were u.

TheG, A-PHP is dead since December 2019. No lab in the world would produce it anymore since the WHO had put it on a list of soon to be banned substances. To my best knowledge, the substance sold as A-PHP these days actually is 4F-3ME-Α-PHP.

Smith, good point! Weed is indeed a controlled substance according to the United Nations, the Netherlands are not sticking to the treaty although having signed it. Obviously, there are no sanctions for not sticking to a UN treaty. The United Nations say: "Cannabis remains under international control, included in Schedules I and IV of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 Protocol (the “1961 Convention. Though the vast majority of governments are signatories to international drug control treaties rendering cannabis illegal, countries around the world have experimented with varying types of cannabis control policies."

So, A-PHP, 4-CMC etc. will definitely become worldwide banned substances in November (this is no rumor by the way, it was decided in December of last years´'s already, and undoc.org is an official website of the United Nations), still, there might be countries not enforcing the ban. Interesting. We will see.

Hexen, which will also be banned, has been on sale in various shops. Whatever is sold as Hexen today, is not Hexen anymore. I recommend studying publications by the EMCDDA, e.g. the European Drug Report 2020, which counts 50 (!) new substances on the market since 2019. The thing is, shops would always offer the same ~20 substances, but indeed there are 450 different substances on the market as of today. To give an example: Each new "batch" of e.g. A-PiHP is not a new batch but a new substance in fact.

I was not aware of this either until I recently stumbled upon a ***** publication that lists these 50 new substances in detail. ***** is a US company producing reference samples for research and law enforcement. Unless you do not have a reference sample in your lab, you cannot identify a substance it seems.

So, I guess that 4F-3ME-Α-PHP will remain available, while real A-PHP has disappeared already months ago. Then, Predator's f-A-PHP will remain available and I can relax again

Hello, this Ban will NOT become law automatically in the member countries, so it isn't enforceable straight after November 3rd. Rather countries will have an adjustment period where they will have time to add this substance to their list of banned substances. I remember all this, because last time this happened I contacted UN directly, and they gave me this answer. However I can't remember whether the adjustment period was 6 or 9 months. And obviously some countries will ban it quicker than others.

However the main thing I'm here to do is just to clear up that a-PHP and the other substances on the list of the UN, will NOT automatically become banned in countries on the 3rd of November. However, some labs producing these may rather be safe than sorry and stop the production soon after that date, so that they don't get blindsided when a ban date is introduced to their country, and they would happen to have a large amount of stock with very little time to get rid of it. This has happened before. So people, there is no reason for panic about this.

You can confirm this yourself by contacting the UNODC if you have any doubts.

I myself look fordward to a better a-PHP batch and may soon start stocking up
