Mirjik, they had a mandatory break because of website issues. They have to reply to many mails and ure not the only one who have to wait. Just calm down and relax a little. They wont scam u so dont post that kind of shit on forum. Ull create massive pannic attack, and because of that u would get answer to Ur problem later (because people will send more and more mails).

If everything will work with website this time, give them 3-4 days to kinda sort things out. Ive seen many exit scams and its not one of those.
