I want to order some NEP , but my last order from here, I was a victim of the fake a pihp garbage he shipped out to a few people. Everyone on here assured me he would sort it out, it's a good vendor etc but he just ignored me . I know I wasnt the only one either. Will he fulfil my order if I place it...?

If I order will he send it? Last time I got scammed with that fake alpha dirt and whilst everyone assured me he will sort it and look after me, he just ignored me, no reply, never mind refund.i wasn't the only one either...
