Terrible experience this time, I received someone else order which was only NEP, with a different name on the package. I don’t even use NEP and it was a lot less weight than I ordered. Should have got 2MMC and 3FA…. Don’t think it’s likely they still have that, pissed off isn’t enough. I tried to write hopefully they will respond.

Wielka prośba aby przy następnym zamówieniu sprawdzić czy worek strunowy w który pakujecie jest szczelnie zamknięty. W obecnym zamówieniu był nieszczelny co w połączeniu z wysoką temperaturą spowodowało że mój 5f adb przyszedł w formie ciekłej a finalnie z zamówionych 7g otrzymałem niecałe 5g.
Zamawiam regularnie i nigdy wcześniej nie miałem żadnych problemów z tym V

I got a response so I feel better now about the situation and more optimistic, and if they can make good what was probably a genuine and easy mistake of mixing up labels for two orders for same country I’ll be pleased overall. I should add in the past never an issue over many orders and was particularly annoyed initially because I thought it might not be possible at this date to sort out however although it’s not resolved yet it seems possible I might have a good/reasonable outcome.

DowD, From what I know, sometimes it takes longer for the parcel to arrive, but it will still arrive, please be patient.

As you can see I am otherwise I’d be writing negative experience. But since I’ve been buying from ChemCasino for couple of years now I won’t be writing anything negative. And I think that after 10 days of silence with no communication, nor tracking number its not that much to ask for any communication.
As of right now I got an email back with response and now I’m waiting to receive second email regarding the order.
